OVK is op soek na dinamiese ambisieuse gegradueerdes om by die OVK familie aan te sluit. Kandidate sal praktiese blootstelling kry tot die silo besigheid asook die geleentheid kry om saam met ons suksesvolle spanne en individue saam te werk om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en besigheidsinsig op te doen.
Vereistes:

- Toepaslike Bedryfsingenieurswese graad
Vaardighede:
- Gedissiplineerd.
- Goeie menseverhoudings;
- Begrotingsbestuur kennis;
- Goeie kommunikasie vaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Onderhandelingsvaardighede;
- Gemotiveerd;
- Konflikhantering vaardighede;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Leierskap vaardighede;
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Bestuur van risiko’s;
- Bestuur van personeel;
- Effektiewe bestuur van bedryfsaktiwiteite;
- Bestuur van finansies.

About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Valid drivers license.
- Interest in Grain environment
- Appropriate Industrial Engineering degree

- Computer literate (MS Office);
