An opportunity has presented itself to appoint a suitably qualified candidate into the position of Admin Clerk: Logging. This is a Permanent position based at Soweto.
Job Summary:
Responsible for logging specimens in the logging section to meet the required service level standards
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Matric with English and a pass in Maths (Not Math Literacy), Physical Science or Biology (Life Sciences)
- Registration in relevant discipline with HPCSA
Experience:
- 0-1 Yrs Relevant Working Experience
Relevant Job Knowledge:
- Laboratory information systems
- Organisational policy and procedures
- Computer literate
Key Performance Areas:
- • Responsible for basic housekeeping including cleaning of benches according to set standard operating procedures.
- • Registers log request forms from Oculus Logging System on the Laboratory Information System according to set standard operating procedures.
- • Attends to logging queries and escalate queries to the Editors or Supervisor if unable to assist to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
