In this role, you’ll be the person customers turn to when they need help—whether it’s a quick question about an online order or guidance with their account. You’ll connect with them through phone, email, WhatsApp, or webchat, making sure every interaction feels supportive, friendly, and professional.

About You:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre customer support role.
  2. A basic understanding of retail processes.
  3. Grade 12 (Matric).
  4. Computer literacy and confidence using different systems.
  5. Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA).
