Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Namibia requires the service of Warehouse Shift Controllers based in Oshakati, reporting to a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Shift Controllers will be required to control breakages of products, ensure stock rotation take place as required and do daily cycle counts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- · Daily cycle counts
- · Month end stock reconciliation
- · Control breakages
- · Receiving and dispatching of stock
- · Maintain the Company’s quality system/ requirements
- · Housekeeping in area of responsibility
- · 80% Microsoft D365 system focus and 20% operational focus.
- · Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety policy
- · Stock rotation
- · Control documents and record keeping
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication and attention to detail skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Microsoft D365 experience will be an advantage.
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification in stock control, supply chain or warehouse management
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a stock control or warehouse administration position / environment
