An exciting opportunity exists for a Wholesale Sales Representative at Field Marketing for the Inland East Region servicing Ermelo, Secunda and surrounding country areas. The purpose of the role is to manage and service wholesale and independent customers in the region.
AVI Field Marketing is a shared services business unit within AVI. Field Marketing focuses on sales and merchandising for the beverages, snacking, and cosmetic business units to provide greater focus and to achieve an improved execution at the store level.

- Oversee Merchandisers and ensure compliance with company policies
- Implement promotional plans and monitor pricing
- Maintain stock levels and handle returns
- Achieve sales targets and negotiate orders
- Build strong relationships with store management and staff
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Supervisory skills are essential
- Experience within FMCG dealing with wholesale and independent customers
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Wholesale Sales Representative role required
Qualifications:
- A completed tertiary qualification in Business / Sales / Marketing / Retail Management, would be advantageous
- Completed Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential
Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of the FMCG industry
- Ability to travel is essential
