Job Description

An exciting Opportunity for a Sales Consultant role is available at Iwyze!

Purpose:

To provide quality sales service that results in the production of business from new and existing sources which contributes to the profitability and growth of the company.

Job Description:

  1. Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls in accordance with predetermined schedules, campaigns and targets.
  2. Provide accurate and efficient quotation/s to customers.
  3. Maintain an agreed lead to sale ratio.
  4. Manage all allocated leads.
  5. Sell according to agreed targets for the day.
  6. Maintain a 90% QA average on all calls.
  7. Finalize calls at point of contact, where possible.
  8. Deal with all customers in a professional manner in strict accordance with businesses culture, products and quality standards.
  9. Manage time and workloads to ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
  10. Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the business product offerings, campaigns, rules and conditions in order to recommend the right solution to the customer.
  11. Maintain an agreed lead to quote ratio.
  12. Maintain an agreed quote to sale ratio.
  13. Required to work shifts as scheduled.
  14. Accurately and efficiently capture all customer data.
  15. Forward accurate policy documents to customers within mandated timeframes.
  16. Telephonically guide customers through the product offering, pricing, terms and conditions.

About You:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Relevant Tertiary - or Insurance Qualification (Advantageous)
  2. Regulatory Examination (Advantageous)
  3. Clear: Credit & Crim Record
  4. DOFA
  5. 2 - 3 years' experience in Short-Term Insurance (Required)
  6. Matric and/or equivalent
