Job Description
Kern doel van die pos:
Verseker tydige betaling van die OVK-groep krediteure deur te voldoen aan wetgewing, maatskappybeleid en die handhawing van die betalingsproses en effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die administratiewe afdeling.
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Grade 12 with maths as subject;
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Sound numeracy, meticulous and accuracy is essential;
- Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
- Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills;
- Must be able to function independently and under pressure;
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payments to suppliers;
- Resolve queries regarding payments;
- Processing of journals;
- General Admin.
- Ensure basic reconciliations balance;
- Allocations of deposits on bank statements;
