About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Valid South African ID and valid drivers licence
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year working experience.
- Good communication skills in English, with strong administrative ability and the ability to read and follow checklists and procedures accurately
- Basic understanding of vehicles and their components
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or a vehicle-related environment.
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day
Required Skills:

- Attention to detail: You notice small errors and inconsistencies quickly.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Monitor and report any vehicle damages using tools like Record 360.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, refueled, and ready for use each day.
- Prepare vehicles for scheduled maintenance and check for service warnings.
- Issue and manage insurance claims by collecting necessary paperwork from drivers.
- Ensure vehicles are equipped with tools and spare wheels.
- Report non-compliance or wear-and-tear issues (e.g., worn tyres) to management.
- Validate mileage and inspect dashboards for warning lights.
- Respond to vehicle-related issues raised by drivers.
