Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages
- - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- - Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- - Handle any inquiries or issues that may arise in a prompt and efficient manner

ABOUT YOU:
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Strong organization and time management skills
- - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- - Professional appearance and demeanor
- - Previous work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
