Main Purpose of the Program:
- Safal Steel is launching the 2025 Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program is a program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment. The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts at Safal Steel.
As a participant of the programme, you will:
- Receive feedback and guidance on your performance and progress.
- Work with experienced individuals who will support you throughout the programme.
- Gain valuable work experience in the Steel industry.
- Learn about the Key brand, culture, and values.
- Develop your teamwork, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing / Management or Equivalent
- Degree in Law (LLB)/Economics, Politics & Ethics or Equivalent
- Diploma / B Tech - Electrical Engineering
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- BCom / B Tech - Finance /Accounting
- Degree / Diploma - Supply Chain / Procurement
- Diploma / B Tech - Mechanical Engineering
- Degree / Diploma - Supply Chain / Warehousing & Logistics
- Diploma / B Tech - Industrial Engineering
Key Competencies/ Skills Required:
- Applicant must be a South African citizen with a valid ID document
- Advanced computer literacy-Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-confident and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team, as well as independently
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Good analytical skills
- Proven leadership skills and self-starter
- Strong academic record throughout the course
