Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Tender to join our team. The Bar Tender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to bar patrons. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar.
Education and Experience required:
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 1 year of experience in a bar setting
- Previous experience as a Bar Tender or similar role
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- High school diploma or equivalent

Key areas of Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preference
- Restock bar supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Collect payment and process transactions accurately
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
