Job Description
- If you are a dynamic, self-starter who is passionate about lending, financing, sales, client service and attention to detail, we have an exciting 12-month Internship available at iMasFinance, commencing in February 2025. Successful candidates will be placed at one of our regional branches and client service office in Vanderbijlpark.

Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes:
- Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering
- Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability
- Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships
- Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
- Resolve complaints received and manage customer service experience and service delivery
- Establish, retain and maintain relationships with existing members, customers, stakeholders and dealerships
- Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals
- Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties
- Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries from members, customers and stakeholders
- Process personal loans, and vehicle financing applications as well as other iMasFinance products
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related.
- Driver’s license is advantageous
- Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
