- Are you a dynamic sales leader who thrives in a high-energy, target driven environment? Talksure is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage our short-term insurance team and drive sales success.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration within your team.
- Inspire and develop your team through coaching, motivation and feedback
- Report IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain team productivity.
- Performance management of team members as and when required
- Handle escalated queries and on-the-floor challenges with ease.
- Monitor and report on team performance and ensure smooth implementation of policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring adherence to attendance, KPIs, schedules, and compliance.
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must be eligible to be added to the Rep Register
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Telesales Team Leader within the short-term insurance sector, specializing in vehicle and home contents insurance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Proven ability to lead in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Matric Certificate (validation required)
Desirable:
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and methods.
- RE / FAIS qualifications
