Purpose of the Job
Verifying and approving of dimensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing templates for master uploads
- After-hours assistance
- Approvals of products on the system
- Extracting product masters from the system
- Loading of products on the system
- Any duty which compliments the functioning of the department
- Loading of drivers and deactivating of drivers on the system
- Loading of Vehicles on the system
- Measuring of product
Meeting deadlines
- All products / Drivers/ Vehicles to be approved and loaded before close of business each day
Meeting deadlines
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
- Assist in relevant operations/operational functions as required
- Maintain professional conduct
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Own transport
- Grade 12 (Matric)
Skills Required
- Able to function independently
- Understand administrative processes in the department
- Good communication skills
- Deadline-driven and accurate
- Knowledge regarding the following: General dimensions knowledge
