Job Description
- Hire Resolve's client, is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Foreman (Electrical) to join their well-established mining company in Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the utilization and availability of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM).
- Provide technical oversight and supervision to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with regulations for the mining electrical reticulation network and associated systems.
- Enforce adherence to safety and quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage shift planning, coordination, and effective handovers.
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Valid Driver's License
- Grade 12
- Competent A Certificate (Advantageous)
- Electrical Trade Test Certificate
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a supervisory role.
- 5 years' experience in opencast mining.
- Have a strong electrical background in Mining Medium-Voltage Electrical reticulation network and systems.
- Medium Voltage Certificate
