Job Description
- Our objective is to give 5 opportunities to South African youth to develop new skills and gain workplace experience, over a 12-month period which will in turn significantly improve their chances of finding long-term employment post the programme. We have opportunities within our Pensions, Claims, Quality Assurance and Registry departments.

- FEM is committed to supporting efforts aimed at building an inclusive South African economy through supporting the (YES) Youth Employment Service Programme. The YES Programme is a business-led collaboration with government which seeks to reduce youth unemployment across private and public sector
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must hold a valid ID document
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
- Must belong to a designated group
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must have a valid matric certificate
- Must be unemployed
- FEM promotes the principles of Employment Equity. The appointment of the candidate for this position is at FEM’s sole discretion.
