Job Advert Summary

To process financial transactions, perform administrative and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations

Basic accounting and admin knowledge is essential

Position will be for 3 months fixed term contract

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting debtors with FI credits and debits daily
  • Reconciling of general ledger, creditors, and intercompany accounts
  • Perform ad-hoc general accounting and administrative duties
  • Processing of supplier invoices and other supplier transactions daily
  • Processing of cash book transactions, allocating of customer and supplier payments

About You:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Accounting
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and SAP) is essential
  • Be able to communicate well at all levels
  • Be a team player
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Bookkeeping Certificate
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience
