The three operations together make Preeminent Chicken the third-largest chicken maker in South Africa. Incomparable Handling Germiston, affectionately known as the Poultry Royal residence, was set up in October 2021 at the broad previous Venture office. We are a pleased provider to key quick-service restaurants.

The Incomparable Chicken group follows to the high-quality benchmarks and unwavering quality settled in in the trade. Job Advert Summary

The purpose of the position is to provide high-level administrative, organisational, and logistical support to the Director to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the office. This role acts as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication, coordinating key activities, and enabling the Director to focus on strategic priorities that support operations and business performance.

About You:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
  2. Experience supporting senior leadership
  3. Experience managing schedules, projects, and communication in a fast-paced operational setting.
  4. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when necessary.
  5. Flexibility to work outside normal hours.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  8. Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  9. Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.
  10. Attention to detail.
  11. Strong interpersonal skills.
  12. Adaptability in a dynamic agricultural environment.
  13. Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  14. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  15. Familiarity with digital tools, and ERP platforms beneficial.
  16. A relevant Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Secretarial Studies.
  17. 5 – 7 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
  18. Strong organisational and planning skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries.
  2. Assist with tracking deadlines, follow-ups, and action items related to projects, stakeholder engagements, and operational activities.
  3. Support the Director in managing project documentation, progress updates, and reporting.
  4. Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal teams, clients, suppliers, etc.
  5. Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims.
  6. Assist with budget tracking and financial administration where required.
  7. Support coordination of operational visits, site inspections, industry events, and field activities.
  8. Prepare and distribute operational updates or communication as needed.
  9. Maintain awareness of seasonal cycles, operations, and industry requirements to improve scheduling and planning.
  10. Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  11. Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office administration.
  12. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  13. Support relationship management with clients, cooperatives, industry bodies, and government stakeholders.
