Job Description
- Eswatini Coca-Cola Beverages has an exciting opportunity within the Finance Department for a 7 months fixed term contract. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Finance Clerk role, which is based in Matsapha. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Manager
Key Duties & Responsibilities
KEY PURPOSE
- The primary purpose of the Finance Clerk is to:
- Monitor CHEP Pallets balances & Reporting
- Verification & Reporting on expired and non-conforming stock
- Petty Cash Custodian - Replenish, Disbursements & Reconciliation
- Physical Counts - Containers (Returnable Glass Bottles & Crates)
- Tracking & Reporting on all Open Purchase Orders
- Manage & Report on Returnable Glass Bottle sorting
- Decanting & Disposal of Expired Stock
- Prepare accruals for Glass Shunting, Decanting and Bottle Sorting
- Physical verification of Fixed Assets (Quarterly & Annually)
- Preparing Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations - PP&E, Inventory & Leases, etc.
- Creating Purchase Orders for all non-stock supplies
- MTN Contract Custodian
- Processing Insurance claims
- Preparing the Operating Expenditure Report vs Budget and provide reasons on variances
- Consolidate weekly forecast and send to the Export team for Planning and Allocating

KEY OUTPUTS
- Creating Weekly Purchase Orders for stock
- Receiving Stock
- Prepare, send, and Follow-up on Defective Product Notification Forms for non-conforming stock to the Quality Team
- Prepare and send Stock Query Reports
- Facilitate Stock returns to Supplier & Reporting
- Request for credit notes on Logico returned stock
- Timely GRN Invoices on the ERP
- Manage the repackaging of Trade Returns for resell (Staff & Customers)
- Request additional Data & Minutes. Prepare staff recoveries report and maintain record of Company Gadgets

About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Stores or Warehousing experience will be an added advantage
- Very Good Excel and/or spreadsheet proficiency
- 1-2 years general Finance experience
- Relevant Diploma or BCom qualification
