As a Data Capturer, your duties will include:
- Data Capturing
- Data Verification
- Checking for missing or incorrect information
- Capturing data into databases, spreadsheets and official systems
- Receiving and recording information
Reviewing and validating records
- Data Management
- Updating registers and statistics
- Ensuring records are properly stored and secured
- Providing information to relevant units
- Record Keeping
- Maintaining organised files
- Backing up data regularly
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Pay attention to detail
- Can work accurately with information and records
- No prior work experience is required. Knowledge of clerical duties and data systems will be an added advantage.
- Have basic computer skills
- Have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
